Deposit and Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period: Deposit payments are 40% refundable if you submit a written refund request within 14 calendar days of making the payment for Refused Visa / Course not received .

After Cooling-Off Period: Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, all payments (including the deposit) are strictly non-refundable.

Liability for Fees: By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that after the cooling-off period you may be held liable for the full year’s accommodation fees, even if you cancel, withdraw, or do not take up the accommodation.
